ITE Strategic Plans

FACULTY DEVELOPMENT:
  • Motivate and require faculty members to complete graduate and post graduate studies
  • Require faculty to take and pass the Competency Assessment at least NC II in the respective trade areas that they teach
  • Conduct consultation meeting and support planning
INSTRUCTION:
  • Use relevant technologies for demos and hands-on training/ laboratory activities
  • Revise Instructor's Guide, TESDA Learning Modules and Course Syllabi
ENROLLMENT:
  • Intensify campaign and promotional strategy of all ITE programs

Hataie Adjok is a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering (BSCE)at Zamboanga A.E. Colleges, now Universidad de Zamboanga. Right after graduation, he was sent as a scholar to take up Master in Engineering Education major in Structural Engineering at the University of the Phillipines,Diliman, Quezon City. In spite of the fact that he only earned units from the said graduate program, he still passed the board examination for Civil Engineers on the same year. Subsequently, he practiced his profession and at the same time started teaching at the Universidad de Zamboanga College of Engineering. In 2002, he finished his Master of Arts in Mathematics at Ateneo de Zamboanga University. In 2004, he was appointed as the Director of the Institute of Technical Education at Universidad de Zamboanga. He is serving at the institute for five years now. Currently, he is taking up his doctorate in the same university.
